"Just do it," "Think different," and "No logo" are just some of the ideas that burst onto the scene and became instant branding classics. Why? How? What is the magic they have in common? Nicolas Bordas explains what makes an idea a success.

Based on numerous examples taken from literature, politics, history, and advertising, The Killer Idea is at once a thoroughly documented practical guide to getting and grounding great ideas and also a reflection on the current state of our means of transmitting them. Bordas also explores the connections between power and thought and goes on to explain what makes an idea influential, and how it becomes integrated into our lives and why.

As motivating as a brainstorming session that you would be lucky to hold with the most inventive people of our time, Bordas's book is a step-by-step guide to fashioning a killer idea out of a concept.
