Robert Goulaine : A descendent of René Goulaine de Laudonnière who in the 1500’s participated in the building of Fort Caroline, Florida, marquis Robert de Goulaine lives in the Loire region. Proprietor of a beautiful castle, he produces his own wine. A collector, wine maker and butterfly breeder, Robert de Goulaine has written several books, including Du côté de Zanzibar (Bartillat, 1996).
