Roland Jacquard appeared many times in front of the French and European Parliaments, the U.S. Congress and the United Nations to give his expert opinion on terrorism. He was also asked by the French Presidency and the European Council to expose what might be future threats from Ossama Bin Laden or Al Qaeda. He is the author of numerous books, including Les dossiers secrets du terrorisme (Albin Michel), La Fin de l’empire rouge (R. Laffont), Carlos – Dossier secret (Jean Picollec), Fatwa contre l’Occident (Albin Michel) and Au nom d’Oussama Ben Laden (Jean Picollec).
