Christian Morel has a Ph.D in political science from the Institut d’études politiques de Paris. He is director of Human Resources at Renault, in their commercial vehicles division. He has conducted research on negotiation and decision-making in a sociological context, and has published articles in these areas. He is the author of one other book, La grève froide. He is an appointed member of France’s national committee for Scientific Research and is on the editorial board of the journal Gérer et comprendre.
