Denise Flouzat-Osmont D’Amilly is a former member of the Banque de France’s council on monetary policy, and is a member of the Banque de France research institute on monetary policy. A specialist on the Japanese economy, she is also the author of La Nouvelle emergence de l’Asie (P.U.F., 1999).
