Mohammad-Reza Djalili has a Ph.D. in Political Science and Diplomacy from the Université Libre de Bruxelles. He is a professor at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva; he has taught at the Université Paris II, and was a professor at the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the University of Tehran in the 1970s. Djalili is the author of books on international relations, Iran, the Middle East, the Caucasus, and Central Asia, including Géopolitique de l’Iran (Éditions Complexe, 2005).
